What is the Welcome Bag?
Upon arrival at the venue of our events, the exhibitors receive a "Welcome Bag" containing gifts offered by our partner brands (samples, new products, promo codes, etc.). These brands may or may not be exhibitors themselves.

What types of products can be found in the Welcome Bags?
Donations depend on your brand and objectives: miniature jar of honey, perfume sample, reusable pouch... the choices are many!
We discuss together in advance about your brand and what you could offer to the creators.
The number of products depends on the number of exhibitors and therefore varies according to the events.
After my donation, can I ask the creators for something?
Brands that wish to do so can offer a promo code to track any orders placed following the operation. A short form can also be shared to collect feedback.
However, we do not guarantee use of the promo code or responses to the form.
No compensation will be requested from the creators or Mariettes. This is a donation based on the brand's voluntary decision.
What visibility will I have by making a donation?
We share with the creators and exhibiting partners the brands included in the Welcome Bag before the event in a summary email. We hand out the Welcome Bag during installation, and we share stories about it during the first day. Once the event is over, the exhibitors receive a recap email reminding them of the donations, among other things. We also mention the brands in our event summary posts on our social media!
