What is the Welcome Bag?

Upon their arrival at our event venues, exhibitors receive a "Welcome Bag" containing gifts provided by our partner brands (samples, new products, promo codes, etc.). These brands may or may not be exhibitors themselves.

What type of products are found in the Welcome Bags?

The donations depend on your brand and your objectives: a miniature jar of honey, a perfume sample, a reusable pouch... the choice is vast!

We will discuss your brand and what you could offer to the creators together in advance.

The number of products depends on the number of exhibitors and therefore varies according to the events.

Following my donation, can I ask the creators for anything?

Brands that wish to can provide a promo code to track any orders made following the operation. A short form can also be shared to gather feedback.

However, we do not guarantee the use of the promo code nor responses to the form.

No compensation will be requested from the creators or the Mariettes. It is a donation based on the brand's willingness.

What visibility will I have by making a donation?

We share the brands present in the Welcome Bag with creators and exhibiting partners via a summary email before the event. We hand out the Welcome Bag during setup, and we post stories about it during the first day. Once the event is over, exhibitors receive a summary email that includes a reminder of the donations. We also mention the brands in our social media wrap-up posts!
