What is the Welcome Bag?
On arrival at our event venue, exhibitors receive a "Welcome Bag" containing gifts from our partner brands (samples, new products, promo codes, etc.). These brands may be exhibitors or not.

What type of products can be found in the Welcome Bags?
Donations depend on your brand and goals: mini honey pot, perfume sample, reusable pouch... the choice is vast!
We discuss beforehand about your brand and what you could offer to the creators.
The number of products depends on the number of exhibitors and therefore varies according to the events.
Can I ask something to the creators after my donation?
Brands interested can offer a promo code to track potential orders placed following the operation. A short form can also be shared to gather feedback.
However, we do not guarantee the use of the promo code or responses to the form.
No reciprocation will be requested from the creators or Les Mariettes. It is a donation based on the brand's will.
What visibility would I have by making a donation?
We share with the creators and exhibiting partners the brands present in the Welcome Bag before the event in a summary email. We distribute the Welcome Bag during the setup, and we do stories about it during the first day. Once the event is over, exhibitors receive a recap email including a reminder of the donations. We also mention the brands in the summary posts on our social media!
